This application is intended to provide the information necessary for you to receive funding for our distance education course of study or any tuition balance $4,500 or less. We will make every attempt to approve you for funding. Once you click submit at the bottom of the form you should expect about three business days for a response. You will then receive a loan agreement by email once you are accepted. Print it out and return the agreement with a check for $1,000.00 down payment to Turnkey Construction Management Institute, Inc. and you will begin the course within a week (The down payment will be given in the contract, or you can contact TCMI for the amount of the down payment required). The remainder of the loan is repaid over twelve months. The interest rate is 9%. The entire process is designed to take less than two weeks and your course will begin within 10 days of final loan approval. All the details will be in the agreement.
